This was one of those days that we seldom see. Absolutely gorgeous and clear with very low humidity. We had 2 couples on board this trip. Headed out to block island and the north rip and started trolling using parachutes. After catching 2 stripers, we headed to the southwest corner. The seas were a little rough but not too bad. Here we brought 4 nice blues aboard. Went back to the rip where we caught another striper.
Nicole filleted her own striper and once again did a pretty good job of it. (she was on board a couple of weeks ago)
Decided to try flounder fishing along the shore and caught flounder and black sea bass, which I am told, is very good eating.
