November 22, 2009 Tautog Fishing Report

It was a Blue sky day as we made our way out past the Galilee breach-way and around the point to the Tautog grounds.  We anchored up in 40 feet of water north of Little League rock and proceeded to catch Tautog right away.   Of course, we did manage to feed them a lot of crabs without hooking them, but by the end of the day we had boated 45 fish with 26 keepers.  We had several very large fish of around 8-10lbs.  Each guy went home with two bags of fillets.
